  1. Q.: Will the annual balance sheet be a confirmation of the annual turnover and financial statement?

Answ: It’s not enough. We need a profit and loss statement (form #2)

Answ.:  Unfortunately, we can’t specify the exact period of the contract implementation at the moment.

Approximately, the contract should be performed from August 13 to December 13, 2020.

  1. Q.: Please, clarify para 17.2 (b) Section II. Is it necessary to have an Agent in the Purchaser country?

Answ.: As you can see, in para 17.2 (b) of section II there are no special requirements on this issue.
