The Kyrgyz Republic has received a grant from the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development to finance the “ Karavan zdoroviya (Health Caravan) Project (Kyrgyz Republic) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for services.

The services include providing and conducting training seminars for doctors, monitoring and evaluating specialists and technical personnel within the framework of the Karavan zdoroviya (Health Caravan) in the Kyrgyz Republic: namely: organization of travel, accommodation for participants, coffee breaks, rental of training premises.

More detailed information about the Services (Terms of Reference) is attached to this invitation to express interest.

The approximate estimated cost of the Services ranges from USD 69,000 to USD 70 500. Information about the cost of the Services is indicative. The Consultant is fully authorized to offer another amount.

The term of the contract is 90 days from the effective date of the contract. Estimated date of contract conclusion is the end of February-March 2021.

Foundation for prevention and control of HIV and other infectious diseases (AIDS Infoshare) invites eligible firms (“Consultants”) to express their interest in providing the above Services. Interested Consultants should provide information that they have the necessary qualifications and relevant experience to provide the required Services (description of similar assignments, experience in similar environments, resources available for the work, general qualifications (no CVs required), etc.).

Evaluation and comparison criteria:

– At least 4 years of experience in organizing congress events;

– availability of at least 3 similar combined training events with the number of participants of 50 people and more with the organization of travel (including transfer) and accommodation of participants;

– stable business relations with local transport companies, with companies providing venues for events in the region of the seminar.

– availability of positive references from previous customers.

Consultants may team up with other firms as a joint venture (JV) or engage sub-consultants to enhance their skills (please clearly indicate the status of the association, e.g. “JV” or “Sub-Consultancy”). In the case of a JV, several types of power of attorney are required: (i) a power of attorney addressed to an authorized representative of each partner in a joint venture, (ii) a power of attorney addressed to a representative of the lead partner to represent all partners in a “JV”, and (iii) a “Letter of Intent” or a copy of a valid JV agreement. In the event of a joint venture award, each of the partners shall be jointly and severally liable to the Client for all of the Consultant’s obligations under this Contract.

Revised in 2014] (“Consultant Guidelines”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest

A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Selection Based on the Consultants’ Qualifications (CQS) method set out in “Consultant Guidelines”, and in accordance with the Procurement Policy for EFSD-funded Projects.
