  1. The required delivery time of 120 days is too short for this type of equipment. Could you extend the delivery time?

Answ: Overall duration of the project is 1,5 years, from which one year is the work of the mobile clinic. Therefore, the term of 120 days is necessary for successful implementation of the project.

  1. Ecological class of the requested vehicles is Euro 5, but in our republic it is allowed to operate vehicles with an engine of ecological class Euro 3, especially since Euro 5 requires diesel fuel of appropriate quality, and in Kyrgyzstan, unfortunately, this is not the case, so the engine Euro 5 with electronic injection system will quickly become unusable and will require expensive repair. Therefore, we suggest you to replace this requirement, which will lead to lower purchase price?

Answ.: According to the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union on the safety of wheeled vehicles TR ТС 018/2011, adopted on the basis of the provisions of the EAEC, all vehicles, including freight and passenger transport, which are produced or imported into the territory of the EAEC, must meet the fifth environmental class

  1. The experience you request is quite specific, in particular “mountainous regions of the EEC countries and Central Asian countries”.
We are a company that has supplied many converted vehicles throughout the globe and we feel that the specific nature of your request does not allow for free and fair competition.

Answ.: The requirement to have experience in delivery of mobile medical complexes to the mountainous regions of the EAEC countries and Central Asian countries is connected with specific climatic and geographical conditions of operation, accompanied by increased operational loads, both on the whole complex and on its internal components. Availability of this experience will serve as a confirmation of the manufacturer’s awareness, including the correct placement of equipment with preservation of its fail-safe operation properties.
